How to pin a product to a position?

What is Product Pinning?

Product pinning lets you lock a specific product to a fixed position in your collection. The product will always appear at that position regardless of sorting rules.

How to Pin a Product

1. Go to the collection page and choose a collection.
2. In the right-side preview, locate the product you want to pin.
3. Click the pin icon next to the product.
4. Enter the position number where you want the product to appear.
5. Click Save.

Important Notes

• You can only pin products that are already included in that collection.
• You can pin up to 30 products.
• Pinned products will remain in their position even after collection updates.
• To unpin a product, click the pin icon again and remove the position.

Pinning from the Collection List

You can also pin products directly from the collections list view by clicking the 3-dot menu next to a collection and selecting "Pin products."
