The starting price shows $19, but I got a plan proposal of hundreds of dollars. Why is that?

Our plans start at $15/month for annual plans and $19/month for monthly plans. These are the starting prices for an average of 0-100 monthly orders. Use the slider on the top of our pricing page to find out which pricing range you're in. The pricing is calculated based on the average of monthly orders (of the last three months). This data is taken directly from the Shopify admin.

Our pricing is calculated based on your store's average monthly order volume of the past three months and the plan type you select. Once you start a paid plan, the monthly fee is fixed for that plan (no additional charges).

I have a large catalog. Does this affect the price of my plan?

No, your pricing is calculated strictly based on your store's average monthly orders and the plan you selected. Whether you have 20 or 2,000 products in your catalog, this does not affect the pricing.

No. Kimonix's pricing is transparent - what you see is what you pay. No onboarding fees or hidden add-ons will be included.

Upon installing the Kimonix app for the first time, you automatically get access to a free 14-day, commitment-free trial.

After you've completed the 14-day free trial, the paid plan you selected at the start of the trial will commence. If you wish to end your free trial before the paid plan begins, you need to cancel it no later than the last day of your trial.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan type between Starter, Advanced, Superior, and Custom. You can also upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan.

Yes. You can choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual plans come with a discounted rate of 20% off the monthly rate.

If you select an annual plan, you get 20% off the monthly fee. Monthly plans are 20% more expensive than the annual plans, but can be paid every month. The commitment for an annual plan is annual, whereas the monthly plan can be terminated month to month.

Yes, our monthly plans are completely flexible - you can cancel anytime. Annual plans can also be canceled at any time, but will not be eligible for a refund.

If I uninstall the app, will it save my collections?

Once you uninstall the Kimonix app, your collections and merchandising rules will pause, and your data won't be saved. They also will not be reinstated when you reinstall the app, and you'll have to start over again.
