No, you do not need to provide separate credit card details for the 14-day free trial.
After you’ve completed the 14-day free trial, the paid plan you selected at the start of the trial will commence. If you wish to end your free trial before the paid plan begins, you need to cancel it no later than the last day of your trial.
Yes, in order to select a paid plan, you need to install the Kimonix app first via the Shopify App Store.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan type between Starter, Advanced, Superior, and Custom. And, you can also upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan. If you wish to change your annual plan to a monthly plan, you can do so after your annual plan ends. If you wish to switch from an annual to a monthly plan before it comes to an end, note that refunds are not possible, and you will still be charged for the entirety of that year.

Yes. You can choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual plans come with a discounted rate of 20% off the monthly rate.
If you select an annual plan, you get 20% off the monthly fee. The payment will still happen on an annual basis. Monthly plans are 20% more expensive than the annual plans, but can be paid every month. The commitment for an annual plan is annual, whereas the monthly plan can be terminated month to month.
Yes, our monthly plans are completely flexible - you can cancel anytime. Annual plans can also be canceled at any time, but will not be eligible for a refund.
