Hi there! in this guide we will go through the steps needed to connect a Kimonix campaign to an email campaign on your email provider.

I don’t have an email provider

An email provider that supports merge tags (or personalization tags) is needed (almost all email providers). please integrate your shop to one of the email providers mentioned in the next paragraph, or to an email provider that supports marge tags (sometimes called personalization tags).
Notice that, As for now, Shopify Email has no support for merge tags, so it doesn’t match that purpose.

As for now, Shopify Email doesn’t support merge tags, which is something we need to make it work. please integrate your shop to one of the email providers mentioned in the next paragraph, or to an email provider that supports merge tags (sometimes called personalization tags).

If you have got to this part, you probably use an email provider that supports merge tags. that’s great! the following steps talks about how to implement this in Mailchimp, but it is very similar in each of the email providers.

Select an email provider on the Kimonix app:

In mailchimp, Edit the campaign's email content, add a Code block and paste the HTML from the Kimonix appto the code editor:
